Any representation of yourself, your business or any upload of any kind, whether it be by image, text or any other means, must be true and accurate. Any misrepresentation of any kind may be deemed a deliberate act to sabbotage this website and / or defraud our customers and therefore may result in your details being removed from our database permanently.

You agree to our pricing policy which is outlined on each section, where a charge is incurred. However, a brief summation is included below for your information. you further agree that CornwallDevon .com, it's creators, administrators, owners and subsidiaries therof or any variations therupon reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time (including but not limited to pricing and accessibility) at any time and without warning.

Any alterations to our pricing structure will be advised to our current customers 14 days before the commencement of the change. This will also be published on the website within 24 hours of the intended change being made. If a change to the pricing is agreed by CornwallDevon.com, or those involved in the management, running or ownership thereof, the change will be published on the website and any new customers will use the new pricing stucture for any and all future transactions from the date of signup. All other customers will be given the due notice before commencement of the new agreement.

If a customer does not agree to the change in charges, they must write to us (giving us 48 hours notice to make the change) requesting that they be removed from our client-base and stating the details of the listing data that they wish to remove.
